Terms of Service

By using services provided by ABZN; including the abzn.io website, the Repit app, software products, AI implementation, hosting, support, or consulting; you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ABZN provides software applications and related services, including the Repit spaced-repetition app, public websites, AI-assisted workflow implementation, software engineering, hosting, maintenance, and support. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Consulting is provided by ABZN LIMITED. A fit call or email discussion is free and does not book paid work. Before you pay, we agree the scope, deliverables, start date, client inputs and payment schedule in writing. That engagement agreement also sets out cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and any change to scope, and takes priority over these general website terms for that work. Please keep a copy.

The AI Workflow Audit is £1,500 total for the published scope. ABZN LIMITED is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Implementation, software subscriptions and ongoing support are separate unless included in your written agreement. Use the Stripe payment link only after we have agreed your project reference. Contact support@abzn.io for payment or booking questions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The AI for Marketing book has separate product terms covering its price, files, one-person licence, immediate delivery and 14-day refund policy. Those terms take priority over these general website terms for that purchase.

To use certain features you may need an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate, up-to-date information
• Telling us promptly of any unauthorised use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
• Use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content

The content, features, and functionality of our public services; text, graphics, logos, and software; are owned by ABZN and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

For paid business engagements, ownership of custom deliverables; including prompts, workflows, source code, integrations, and documentation; is handed to you and governed by the written agreement or statement of work for that engagement. We don’t lock you in.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process that content only to provide the services to you.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABZN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. On termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time and will post the new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
