Find the work worth automating first.

A focused AI workflow audit for a marketing or ecommerce team. Bring the tasks that keep coming back; leave with a practical plan for what to change.

£1,500 · one team · up to three tasks

£1,500 total. ABZN LIMITED is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged. Scope and availability agreed before payment.

The scope

One team. A useful first decision.

For example, we could review how your team checks product descriptions, prepares a weekly report, and hands a campaign brief to the next person. We look at the existing work, the data it needs, and where judgement belongs.

The audit covers up to three tasks within one team. Implementation and software subscriptions are priced separately. If your brief needs more, I will propose a different scope before you commit.

You receive

  • A 60-minute workflow walkthrough with up to three people from one team
  • A map of up to three tasks, their tools, handovers, and review steps
  • A ranked shortlist with estimated effort, costs, risks, and assumptions
  • A written recommendation and a separately priced implementation proposal
  • A 45-minute findings call and one round of written clarifications

How it works

  1. 1. Agree the work

A free 20-minute fit call or a written brief. We confirm the scope, start date, materials, and total payable in writing.

  2. 2. Walk through the task

A 60-minute session with up to three people from your team. Show how the task works today and where it slows down.

  3. 3. Review the evidence

I map the tasks and assess opportunities using your examples. Estimated savings stay clearly separated from measured results.

  4. 4. Choose the next step

Within 10 working days of the walkthrough and receipt of agreed materials, you receive the report and a 45-minute findings call.

Questions

What does an AI workflow audit cost?

This audit costs £1,500 for one team and up to three repeatable tasks. We confirm scope, the total payable, and the start date in writing before payment. A review spanning several teams or more tasks needs a separate quote.

How much time does my team need?

Allow a 60-minute walkthrough with up to three people, time to gather the agreed sample materials, and a 45-minute findings call. One person should own the decisions and coordinate access.

What do I receive?

A map of the current tasks, a prioritised shortlist of opportunities with assumptions and risks, and a recommended first implementation with a separate price. You also receive a findings call and one round of written clarifications.

Does the audit include building an automation?

The audit is a review and a written plan. Implementation, software subscriptions, ongoing support, and access to paid tools are separate. Nothing is connected to a live system without an agreed scope and permissions.

What if AI is not a good fit?

The recommendation may be a simpler process change, conventional automation, or keeping a task manual. The audit fee covers the investigation and findings; it does not depend on a recommendation to build.

When do I pay?

After we agree the scope and start date, I send a Stripe payment link or invoice. Payment is due before the audit starts. The written engagement agreement sets out cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund arrangements.

Payment
