Questions

Which engagement should I start with?

Start with a free 20-minute fit call or send a written brief. If the work fits, the £1,500 audit covers one team and up to three tasks. I confirm the scope and start date in writing before requesting payment. Larger reviews are quoted separately.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the business knowledge; I handle the engineering, integrations, hosting, and maintenance. You work directly with the person who builds it, in plain English.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. The point is to automate the repetitive admin so your team spends time on judgement, relationships, and revenue. Every workflow keeps a human approval step; the AI drafts and prepares, your team decides what goes out.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Prompts, workflows, integrations, and documentation are handed over to you. There is no lock-in; you can take the system in-house or to another team at any time.

What if the pilot doesn’t work?

We agree the success measure, review points, and acceptance criteria before building. If the evidence does not support continuing, we review the scope together. Any further work and costs are agreed in writing.
