Marketing book terms

The seller is ABZN LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 16823097. Registered office: 21a Malletts Road, Cambridge, England, CB1 9EZ. Contact: support@abzn.io. Edition 1.0 costs £49 in one payment for one person. It includes the 46-page PDF, offline HTML book, fully explained examples, plus optional companion files: fictional data, ten editable templates and logs, and a sample brief-review skill. There is no recurring charge.

The book is written learning material, with illustrations. It does not include video lessons, certification, an AI subscription, third-party licences, personal consulting or future editions. Examples illustrate a method; they are not client results or promises of income, time savings or AI accuracy.

After confirmed payment, Stripe returns you to the download page. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Do not pay again if confirmation is delayed; contact support. Save the complete pack and your private access link. Download support and purchase recovery are available at support@abzn.io.

The book can be read in a PDF reader or browser. No AI account or exercise is required. The optional companion pack needs a way to unzip files. Templates are Markdown plain text; data is CSV. Trying the optional AI tasks requires an approved AI tool. The offline files remain usable without a continuing website session.

By choosing immediate access at checkout, you ask us to make the digital files available after payment. We offer a full refund if you email support@abzn.io within 14 days of purchase, even if you have downloaded the files. Include your purchase email and date, not your card details. We refund the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

If files are faulty or access fails, contact us so we can restore access, replace the files or resolve the problem. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Our voluntary 14-day refund remains available after downloading. Following a refund, stop using and delete your copies; download access is withdrawn.

You may keep the edition you purchased and adapt its templates for your own work and client deliverables. Your own outputs remain yours. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly upload the book, source templates or bundle, or put them in a shared team library. Buy a separate licence for each learner. Sharing a client deliverable that you created using a template is allowed.

All training records are fictional. For real work, use only tools, data and access approved by your organisation. Check the facts, calculations, permissions and final output before publishing or sending anything. Provider interfaces and available features can change; follow their current official setup instructions.
